modern European elegance, exceptional shower quality, convenient Zocalo location
Managing check-in times better would enhance guest experience!!! The lack of working lifts can lead to frustration, especially during busy periods. Ensuring rooms are equipped appropriately for the number of guests is essential!!!

missingWrote a review on 09 Auggreat locationvaried breakfastdecent air conditioningoutdated facilities
The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the historic district, just a short stroll from major sites like the Zócalo. Rooms have decent air conditioning to combat the heat, though it’s worth noting that the breakfast setup offered a variety of options, including fresh fruits and other typical Mexican fare.
The hotel feels dated, which is evident in the bathroom that can be tricky to navigate if you're not a contortionist. Air conditioning struggles to cool effectively, making the room stuffy without constant use. Cleaning services lagged, often coming late in the day, and breakfast offerings were frequently sparse and not replenished until asked. The lobby bar seemed perpetually closed, which could be frustrating, especially when it seemed open but staff were nowhere to be found.

The hotel staff greeted us with warmth, making us feel at home. The location was unbeatable, just steps from the bustling Zocalo. Our spacious bathroom was a pleasant surprise!
Unfortunately, we faced some issues with the taxi arrangements, as the first quote we received from the hotel was incorrect. This left us feeling frustrated as we navigated our plans.

I liked the location as it was close to shops and historical sites. The staff helped us plan our tour to nearby attractions like Templo Mayor. We also enjoyed the breakfast, especially the made-to-order omelettes, which added a personal touch.
We had an issue with our room assignment and had to argue for a resolution. The communication about moving rooms was confusing and impacted our planned activities.
